When we'll ask you to come inside
If your pet is sick, injured, new to us, or due for a full exam, we'll book a regular visit so a veterinarian can check them properly. A veterinarian reviews every drive-thru patient's needs.

Drive-thru FAQs
Do I need an appointment for the drive-thru?
Reserving a time keeps the lane moving and means your pet's records are ready when you arrive. Pharmacy pickups only need a refill request.
Can a new patient use the drive-thru?
New patients start with a regular exam so our veterinarians get to know your pet. After that, routine vaccines can go through the lane.
Can I bring more than one pet?
Yes. Just include every pet when you book so we have the right vaccines ready.
How do I pay?
You pay at the window with card, or ahead of time when we confirm by text.
