What to bring
- Previous vaccine and medical records
- A list of current medications and food
- Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier
- A fresh stool sample if you can
- Your questions. Write them down so nothing gets missed.
Early drop-off
Can't take the morning off? Drop your pet off as early as 7:00 AM on your way to work. We'll care for them during the day, update you by text, and have them ready to pick up by 6:00 PM.

Preventive care, paid monthly
Spread the cost of routine care over the year instead of paying all at once. Plans and pricing will be finalized before opening.

Payment
Flexible ways to pay
We accept major credit and debit cards and cash, and we'll help you look at financing options for larger procedures so cost never stands between your pet and the care they need.
Accepted payment options will be confirmed before opening.
Do you take pet insurance?
Most pet insurance reimburses you directly. We'll give you an itemized invoice and help with claim paperwork.
Can I get an estimate first?
Always. For surgery, dental work and diagnostics we review a written estimate with you before we start.
Do you see pets from outside Laredo?
Yes. Families come to us from Rio Bravo, El Cenizo, Zapata County, Encinal and beyond.
